Fashion trends you need to know about

“Fashion is the armor to survive the reality of everyday life.” —Bill Cunningham. Report by Oliva Harlow

We have all agreed that it’s not easy to step out of the look you’ve made for yourself. While you may not want to change your look completely, there are some trends to try. It’s fine if you manage to gather some strength to at least buy  something, if you don’t wear it, some of these pieces are guaranteed to look good in your closet. We will suggest youy try some of these trends to swear by this season.

The Cow-boy:

Because you’re still having a hard time adjusting with change, you may want to try the cow-boy look. The boots have a medium height heel which is perfect for a busy day. Its also liberating to run your errands looking good.

Animal Print:

Animal print will never go anywhere, besides, who doesn’t want to have a whole safari in their closet? Rich Mnisi’s Nwa-Namulamula collection is a perfect example of how to do animal print in 2018.

The 80’s:

A girl in bell bottom pants isn’t out to hurt anybody. You can do this when you’re feeling whimsical. The 70’s look is something you can try because you will meet someone whos’ inspired by the 90’s. Just be the mature one, (see what I did there?)

Floral:

Yes Miranda Priestley, we’re doing floral  this autumn, that is groundbreaking. Thebe Magugu’s AW18 Look Nine is a successful way to pull off this look.

Tulle:

If  you remember Rihannas’ look to the 2015 Grammy awards in the Pink Giambattista Valli, This Orapeleng Modutle will give you all the “tulle” you’ll need to slay a fancy evening dinner.
