Salsa, the innovative Portuguese denim brand, presents its new Autumn-Winter 2016 collection. With the special participation of international models Tanya Mityushina and Thomaz de Oliveira, photos by Frederico Martins, and styling by Joyce Doret, the new collection is inspired by the magical fall of autumn leaves and the cosiness of winter days.
For men, Salsa offers a collection with many checkered patterns, very casual sweaters and coats, where darker shades like blue, grey, and black reign, and denim is king at all times.
The total denim look is still very present this winter, as are other seasonal suggestions aligned with the main inspiration of the collection that stands out for its comfort, as well as the global trend of a strong sportswear feature.
In addition to the collection pieces, there are also over 20 jeans models available that represent the brand’s Denim Fit Guide , namely the Technical and Innovative Products: Push Up, Push-In, Shape- Up, Mystery or Er-Go, the 3D ergonomic model for men.
The AW‘16 collection for women offers pieces suitable for a variety of day-to-day activities. From comfortable knits, warm coats, practical footwear, and dungarees for a more practical and trendy style to more sophisticated pieces where the sparkles, the darker colours, the classic and timeless black & white combination, and leather create a more elegant look. For the new season, Salsa offers a wide range of ideas that draw on comfort while leaving the ladies even more confident and savvy of the trends.
In terms of jeans, what stands out is the most recent Salsa creation, the Push Up mid-rise jeans, whose main characteristics are the skinny jeans legs and the design of the small and rounded back pockets, which together with the side pleats create a form-fitting look.
