A breath of fresh air needed on a Saturday afternoon, the event brought the mood of spring to life; we were surrounded by fabulous industry players, greenery, fantastic fashion tastes, great music… but above all lots of Gin defined the mood of the evening!

Everyone in attendance also got to try Gordon’s Gin special kind of Liquid Legendaries; we picked three of favourite cocktails and this is how you can make them for yourself:

THE SALTY DOG
2 parts Gordon’s Gin, 3 parts grapefruit juice, 1 slice grapefruit, Rim with salt crystals. Salt the rim of a highball glass, then pour the Gordon’s Gin and grapefruit juice into a chilled cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the glass without the ice. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
THE AVIATION
2 tots Gordon’s Gin, 1 tablespoon Maraschino Liqueur, 1 teaspoon Crème de Violette, 1 splash lemon juice, 1 lemon twirl, 1 cherry.
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry and lemon twirl.
THE TOM COLLINS
2 parts Gordon’s Gin, 1 part lemon juice, 3 parts soda water, 1 teaspoon caster sugar, 1 slice lemon and 1 cherry. Add the Gordon’s Gin, lemon juice and add sugar to a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the soda water and stir. Garnish with the cherry and lemon slice.
