I’ve always felt that rain marks the end of one season and the beginning of another. Whenever it rains, I find myself standing outside, letting it wash away my burdens and welcoming a new chapter. It feels like God speaks to me through water. Also, I’m a little obsessed with the smell of tar after rain—it’s strange, I know! *Laughs*

I grew up in a coastal province, so the beach has always been familiar. But I fell in love with it when I moved back to the Eastern Cape in 2022 for work. After a long day, I’d escape there to reconnect with myself—maybe read a book, enjoy some ice cream, or just sit still and breathe. It became my safe place.

I love a scent that’s sensual, sexy, and unforgettable. This one does it for me. It has an addictive finish, and I can’t get enough of it.

Flowers really are a girl’s best friend. Roses, tulips, and lilies are my favorites—they brighten up any day.

I love escaping into a good book. Reading expands my imagination, challenges my thoughts, and lets me create. Being a hopeless romantic, I adore love stories—intense, passion-driven ones. If you haven’t read a Colleen Hoover novel yet, trust me, you’re missing out!

 

My Sisters

 

My siblings are my best friends and my greatest blessing. From quick phone calls over small inconveniences to the loud laughter when we’re all together, they make life worth living. Knowing they always have my back is the greatest comfort.

There’s something effortlessly elegant and classy about loafers. They make me feel cool and edgy. My black pair has seen a bit too much love lately—I might need a new one soon!

I’m a pastry lover, and carrot cake tops my list. With a cream cheese frosting? I’m completely sold.

I’m a big believer in ‘healthy body, healthy mind.’ I’ve fallen in love with weightlifting—it not only tones my body but also lets me tap into my masculine energy. There’s power in feeling strong and empowered.
