We have a chat with the actress about her ultimate favourite things.
Acting

I genuinely love my job. I love this industry, even when it’s difficult. I love the collaboration it requires. I love the options. I love being in communication with the audience. There’s nothing else like it.
Food

As basic as that probably is. *Laughs* Particularly scallops. My favorite places have been Cape Town and Stockholm for scallops. And pancakes… I have a real sweet tooth.
Jewellery

Particularly my skull ring from Thomas Sabo. It’s the first piece of jewelry my partner got for me. I hadn’t taken it off since 2019 until playing Charlie in Savage Beauty season 2. It’s the most sentimental thing I own. I tried wearing it in a scene actually – but it’s not Charlie’s style.
Red lipstick

Always did – always will! My Ma Pam (grandma) never left the house without lipstick on. She infused in me a real appreciation for makeup, and how it can positively affect you.
Live music

Going to live music events/concerts. I have such a deep appreciation for any live performance. I love sharing the experience with my friends and family!
History

I particularly love the ancient world exhibitions in museums or going to historic sites. I wanted to be an archeologist when I was younger. I was the best history student when I matriculated. I’ve always thought it would be cool to be an African Indiana Jones!
Working out
I love challenging my body and keeping fit. I started pole dancing in preparation to play Charlie and it completely changed how I think about keeping fit and keeping up the connection to my body.
Skincare

I love a good face mask. This face mask has a beautiful smell and feel. I usually use it before a big audition. It just gives your skin that extra boost it needs before a big day.
My family

I absolutely love my family. They are my favorite people in the world. My brother and I get along really well, as do I with my cousins. We’re more like sisters than anything.
